Terms for Working Together

These terms apply to all Print Bench services, quotes, and orders.

Effective date: January 28, 2026

Services & Quotes

  • Quotes are based on your description, files, material, and turnaround time.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may change if the scope or files change.

Orders & Approvals

  • We require approval of print settings, material, and pricing before production.
  • You are responsible for confirming dimensions and requirements.
  • We may recommend changes to improve print success or durability.

Payment

  • A deposit is due prior to printing unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due before delivery.
  • Custom design services may require a deposit.
  • Late payments may delay delivery.

Delivery & Collection

  • Local pickup times are arranged in advance.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Shipping costs are shown in your quote where applicable.

Returns & Reprints

  • We will reprint if a defect is caused by our print settings or machine issues.
  • Returns are not accepted for approved custom prints or files you supplied.
  • If you need adjustments, we can quote a new print.

Limitations & Liability

  • Printed parts are not guaranteed for safety-critical use unless explicitly agreed.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
