About Print Bench

Local 3D printing run by Aditya in South Morang

Print Bench is a small local 3D printing service run by Aditya. I have been printing for just over 2 years, working mostly on practical parts, prototypes, desk accessories, replacement pieces and CAD-assisted print jobs for Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Experience

A hands-on workshop for standard and custom prints

Most jobs start with a file, sketch, photo or measurement. I check it before quoting, because layer direction, material and tolerances decide whether a printed part will actually do its job.

Most of what I print is practical FDM work: PLA and PETG for everyday parts, ABS or tougher materials when the job needs them, and TPU for parts that flex. If a model you send looks likely to fail, I’ll tell you before printing.

What to expect

  • Just over 2 years of hands-on FDM printing experience.
  • Custom printing by quote, plus some standard prints you can buy online.
  • I check every job’s material, print orientation, size and use before printing.
  • If a part needs CAD work, a stronger material or a design change, I’ll say so up front.

Equipment

Printers used at Print Bench

The workshop runs a Bambu Lab P1S and a Bambu Lab A1, which between them cover prototypes, replacement parts, accessories and custom jobs.

Bambu Lab P1S

The enclosed printer, used for faster jobs and for materials and repeat runs that need consistent results.

Bambu Lab A1

Used for everyday PLA, PETG and accessory prints, small batches, prototypes and practical replacement parts.

File review

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files are checked for size, printability and likely problem areas before quoting.

CAD support

When a customer only has photos, measurements or a sketch, CAD design can be quoted before printing.
