Shipping & Pickup

Shop items are printed to order and usually ready about 1 business day after payment. Larger orders may take longer, and we’ll let you know if so.

Collect from South Morang at a time arranged with us. We’ll message you when your order is ready.

Available on select days for Melbourne CBD addresses (postcodes 3000, 3004, 3006 and 3008). Choose it at checkout and we’ll message you to arrange a day, or message us first.

We ship anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Postage is a flat $15 per order, or $25 if your order includes a large item, and includes tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Some items are too big to post this way. Checkout will say so, and we’ll quote shipping for them separately.

We currently ship within Australia only.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@printbench.com.au within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll make it right. See Returns & Refunds.
