I have a broken part
Clips, brackets, knobs, covers and spacers can often be copied. Send photos from a few angles with a ruler in shot, plus the key measurements.
I have an idea or sketch
No file yet? We model it in CAD from your sketch, photos or measurements, then quote the print.
What to include when you ask
- What the part is for, and where it will live: indoors, outdoors, near heat or water.
- How many you need, and the colour you want.
- Your file, or photos from a few angles with a ruler in shot and the key measurements.
- When you need it by, if there’s a deadline.
The more we know up front, the more accurate the quote, and the less back and forth before we print.
Pricing
What it costs
- Small clips, hooks and simple accessories often start from $10–$30.
- Desk accessories and larger organisers usually range from $25–$80.
- CAD design is $75/hour, with a 30-minute minimum, when a part needs modelling or a file needs repair.
- Small batches: $75 artwork and setup for each new design, then a per-unit price that depends on the item. Reorders of the same design skip the setup fee.
Every job is quoted before we print. The price depends on size, material, print time, strength and finish. For club awards, keychains and branded items, see clubs and business orders.

Which material?

| PLA | Indoor parts, models, organisers and display pieces. Lots of colours, but it softens in heat. |
| PETG | Tougher everyday parts: brackets, clips and mounts, including ones that get damp. |
| ABS | Parts that get warm, such as appliance fittings and electronics housings. It sands and finishes well. |
| ASA | Outdoor parts. Like ABS, but it stands up to sun and weather. |
| TPU | Flexible parts: feet, bumpers, grips and protective covers. |

How long it takes and how you get it
Small jobs typically take 1–3 days once you approve the quote. Larger parts, batches and CAD work take longer, and we’ll tell you how long when we quote.

Jobs under $20 get a free reprint for any reason within 14 days. On larger jobs, we reprint any defect caused by our print settings or machines. None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See returns and refunds.

Yes. Each new design has a $75 artwork and setup fee, then a per-unit price that depends on the item. Reorders of the same design don’t pay setup again. Clubs and businesses can see starting prices on clubs and business orders.
What files do you accept?
STL, 3MF and OBJ files for printing as they are. STEP files for CAD review or changes. No file? Photos, sketches and measurements work too.
